Golden Lotus Studio (GLS) offers a diverse range of yoga, fitness, and guided movement sessions designed to enhance the mind-body connection. Our studio provides complimentary yoga mats, straps, blocks, face towels, water, and lockers for your convenience. GLS is dedicated to creating a welcoming space for individuals at every stage of their wellness journey. Additionally, our bathrooms are equipped with female hygiene supplies, including spray deodorant.

Yoga Classes:

• Group bookings available for up to 6 people.

Fitness Classes: 

• Primarily geared towards women but suitable for fitness enthusiasts of any gender.
• The “Perfect 10” fitness classes focus on core and glute strength within a comprehensive body workout.
• Designed to achieve a long, lean dancer’s physique and reshape the glutes.
• Low-impact, time-efficient sessions lasting just 10 minutes each.
• A 26-session course over 30 days offers a progressive workout challenge.
