The fall season is upon us and with it comes the annual Klickitat County Harvest Festival! This year's festival promises to be an exciting event for your family and friends to enjoy. So mark your calendars and get ready to experience a day filled with fun, laughter, and memories.

The festival will take place on October 19th 11am to 5pm, in the heart of Klickitat County in Goldendale WA. Located at 205 S. Columbus Ave. on the court house lawn! You will be greeted by a lively atmosphere filled with vendors, food stalls, and various activities for all ages. From the moment you step foot on the grounds, you will feel the warmth and joy of the community coming together to celebrate the harvest season.

One of the main highlights of the festival is the hay maze. Get lost in a maze made of bales of hay and see if you can find your way out. This is a great activity for children and adults alike, as it tests your navigation skills and provides plenty of laughs along the way. And don't worry, there will be festival volunteers stationed throughout the maze to ensure everyone's safety.

For those who love a good challenge, there will be an escape room and scavenger hunt. Gather your friends and family and put your problem-solving skills to the test. Can you solve the puzzles in time? Only one way to find out!

The festival will also feature a parade showcasing local businesses, organizations, and community groups at 4:30pm. Get ready to witness colorful floats, creative costumes, and lively music as they make their way through main street. The parade is a great way to showcase Klickitat County's community spirit and celebrate the diversity of the town.

As the night falls, get ready to experience some spine-tingling thrills at the haunted house. Enter if you dare, but be warned, this haunted house is not for the faint-hearted. With elaborate sets and terrifying actors, this haunted house is sure to give you a good scare.

For all the little ghosts and goblins, trunk or treat will start at 5pm, where they can enjoy trick or treating on main street. Local businesses and organizations will decorate their trunks and hand out candy to the kids, making it a safe and fun way to celebrate Halloween. 

Not only is the festival a great way to have fun with your loved ones, but it also supports local businesses and organizations. The vendors at the festival will be selling a variety of products such as homemade crafts, baked goods, and locally grown produce. So come out and support your community while having a great time.
