Dad’s Sourdough Bakery is brought to you by Twizted Oak Gardens LLC, known from the Goldendale Saturday Farmer's Market.

We will be offering build-your-own bowls, burritos, biscuit sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, and specialty bacons.

Lunch will include daily soup choices with fresh sliced meats for sandwiches on house-made breads. Great Grandma’s pie crust recipe will be used for chicken, beef, turkey, lamb, and veggie pot pies.

Our menu will expand and change with the season. We will be using locally sourced ingredients as much as possible.

On the bakery side, we will be offering all the favorites from the Market as well as new and exciting baked goods such as cinnamon rolls, cookies, pies, pastries, sweet breads, sourdough loaves, focaccia breads, biscuits, buns, and much more.

There will be a farm-to-table store where the community will be able to buy local meat, eggs, produce, and much more.

Our goal is to build longer tables, not higher walls, through community involvement and outreach. Over time, we hope to help incubate other small businesses, giving others the opportunity that has been given to us to build our dream.
