The Goldendale Friends of the Library is a dedicated group that shares a common goal of supporting the Goldendale Community Library. With its own officers, by-laws, dues structure, meetings, and activities, the group works tirelessly to raise funds, advocate for the library, and provide volunteer support. 

Some of their activities include hosting library programs, organizing book sales, educating the public about the needs of the library, advising the branch librarian on community needs, and purchasing materials and equipment for the local library.
