About
Pak Fitness is a workout program that offers no judgment and personalized workouts for all body types. We believe in providing a safe and inclusive space for individuals who may not feel comfortable in traditional gyms. Our classes include bodyweight exercises for ages 3 and up, as well as Karate Basics for the same age group. We understand that space is limited in our classes, so we encourage interested individuals to sign up by sending us a message. At this time, we do not have walk-in availability for Karate classes. We are excited to share our love for crafting and fitness with the community and hope to inspire others to pursue their passions as well.
