Goldendale, WA – In accordance with the Bylaws, the Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce is currently seeking new board members to join the dynamic Board of Directors. They have two positions available and invite chamber members to nominate candidates for these positions.

“Our chamber directors work hard to participate in the organization. Incoming directors should expect about 8 hours per month dedicated to chamber functions and activities, though most directors average about 2-4 hours per month. Serving as a board director is a rewarding experience that allows you to make a significant impact on our community, network with local leaders, and help shape the future of the Greater Goldendale Area.” Said Teja Finch, Executive Director.

Nominations will close on September 29th at 5 PM, and the election will open electronically beginning October 11th at the Annual Membership Meeting and will close on Monday, November 6th.

While members can nominate themselves, all nominees must be in good standing with the chamber to be considered.

Members should have received an email with the voting information in their inbox. If a member needs a paper version of the nomination form, they are welcome to drop by the Chamber office between 9 AM and 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
